The Afterschool program at Mountain Village School is designed to meet the needs and interests of children in kindergarten through 4th grade. We work hard to build programs that are interesting, challenging, and supportive of their skill development. We keep in mind the importance of social relationships as well as freedom to explore, create, and play.

2026-2027 School Year Session Schedule

Our program operates on a sessions model, in which you have the flexibility to register for what works best for your family several times throughout the school year. Below is our session schedule for the 2026-27 school year.

Program DetailsWe pick up from the following schools:
Stowe Elementary All Saints Catholic Academy Morristown Elementary School Brookside Primary School Our after school program runs Monday through Friday from 2:45 pm - 5:30 pm. We also offer full days and full weeks when the elementary schools are closed. We typically spend a lot of time outside playing, exploring, and engaging with the natural world. We offer children a time to decompress from their school day and engage in meaningful activities with peers. Tuition for 26-27 Daily after school: $34/day Half days: $60/day Full days: $85/day Tuition includes pick up at one of the four elementary schools we service, afternoon snack, and daily activities and outdoor free play Swimming!
We have partnered with The Swimming Hole in building a progression program from MVS weekly lesson programming to the Swimming Hole Stroke Clinic, Swim Club Prep series and eventually to the Competitive Swim Club! We encourage families to sign up for swim lessons with our after school program in kindergarten or as beginners so they can form a strong relationship with the coaches at the Swimming Hole and build skills needed to progress! We are also adding academic tutoring groups for the upcoming year in reading and math! Please check back for additional details in October. |
We offer both structured and
unstructured activities. Families may choose activities based on preference. We also love to hear from you about suggestions for new programming ideas!
