We are a nature-based independent school located in the village of Stowe for children birth through kindergarten. We also provide after school programs for children in
​kindergarten through 4th grade. 

We spend a considerable amount of time playing outside everyday. Our practice with children is inspired by the work of Emmi Pikler, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Waldorf, and many others. We respect each child as an individual and build responsive relationships with each one. We build our learning and curriculum around children's interests, our community, as well as the natural world.

You can get a glimpse at how serious we are about our relationship with nature.
When we say we get dirty, we really mean it.
